- Orders & bookings: items ordered, collection/delivery details, reservation details, special instructions
- Payment info: we collect what’s needed to start a payment (e.g., amount, status). Card details are processed by payment providers (see 3 & 11)
- Allergies/dietary notes (sensitive data): only if you tell us, to prepare food safely (we rely on your consent)
- Feedback & marketing: reviews/testimonials, survey responses, loyalty participation, marketing preferences

When you visit our Website or Ordering Platform, we automatically collect:

- Device data: device/browser type, OS, app version, ISP/mobile carrier, system configuration
- Location data: approximate location from IP, or precise if you allow it on your device

We do not buy personal data from data brokers. We may receive limited data from service providers that help operate our Services (e.g., payment confirmations, analytics/ads metrics, hosting logs, consent records) and from social platforms you interact with. See 4.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Notice or as required by law.
- Most customer/service data: up to 2 years after your last interaction or as required to provide the service
- Order, billing & accounting records: up to 6 years to meet UK tax/accounting obligations
- Where deletion isn’t immediately possible (e.g., backups), we will securely store and isolate data until deletion.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Still, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use the Services in a secure environment.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
No. We do not knowingly collect or market to children under 18 and do not knowingly sell such data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact contact@regentbrasserie.co.uk and we will delete it.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

10. CONTROLS FOR DO‑NOT‑TRACK (DNT)
Most browsers/apps include a DNT setting. There is no agreed standard today, so we do not respond to DNT signals. If a standard emerges that we must follow, we will update this Notice.
11. USE OF THIRD‑PARTY PLATFORMS FOR ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
We use GloriaFood (Oracle) to collect orders and process payments through integrated providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). They collect and process your payment information. 12. ALLERGY AND DIETARY INFORMATION
You may provide allergy or dietary information so we can prepare food safely. We use this only for that purpose, relying on your explicit consent. Please always tell staff about allergies when ordering.
13. MOBILE APP DATA COLLECTION
If you use a mobile app provided through GloriaFood, the app may collect technical/usage data (device type, app version, order history) to operate and improve the service, as described in GloriaFood’s privacy policy. We do not use app telemetry for our own tracking beyond providing the service.
14. PROMOTIONS AND LOYALTY OFFERS
If you join promotions or loyalty programmes, we process your contact details and order history to run them. Participation is voluntary and you can opt out at any time.
15. SOCIAL MEDIA INTERACTIONS
If you interact with us on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, TripAdvisor, your use is governed by those platforms’ privacy policies. Content you post there may be public.
16. GLORIAFOOD WEBSITE TRAFFIC ANALYTICS
The embedded GloriaFood ordering system may collect website traffic/usage data (e.g., device, IP, browser, interactions) to improve performance and usability, as governed by GloriaFood’s privacy policy.
